3.) What should a first time renter know?
The rental process is as follows:
come in to the store and either check out the clothes, or have a stylist session
decide which clothes you want to rent
check out
when you're done with the clothes, return to the store, and you'll get your deposit back.
4.) How much is the security deposit?
10% of the per day rental cost multiplied by the number of projected rental days
